Before we talk

A few common
questions.

Do you only work with credit unions?

No. Credit unions are a key focus. We also offer managed IT and cybersecurity services for community banks, professional services firms, healthcare practices, and other businesses. Our recommendations are scoped to each organization.

Can you work with our existing vendors?

Yes. We can coordinate with existing technology and service providers within the agreed scope, including environments where some systems remain under a vendor’s control.

What happens after a security assessment?

We review the findings, identify priorities, and discuss a remediation plan. Testing, remediation, and follow-up validation are scoped to your organization.

Can you help with cyber insurance requirements?

We can help document implemented controls and gather available technical evidence for insurer questions. Coverage, eligibility, and pricing are determined by the insurer.

What does the free initial assessment involve?

We start with a conversation about your organization, current technology, and concerns. We agree on any review activities before performing them. Penetration testing and other detailed technical assessments are separately scoped.
